When you chose pre-arranged pick up on the checkout page, leave a note stating which warehouse location you want to pick it up from. We have three warehouses in Australia: Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney. We will give you a call when the goods have arrived in the preferred warehouse and are ready for pick up. Goods can take up to two weeks to move between warehouses.

All Pre-arranged Pick-ups are free except Grinders and Kilns as they are very heavy and take a lot of space on the pallet. All pre-arranged pick ups have to be organised before arriving in store. Our trade counters can become quite congested so to save your time it is best to have the orders pre-picked and avoid a lengthy wait.
We have a range of kilns available on our website under the “Products” then “Electric Kilns” tabs. We do our best to ensure that these are in stock at all times. Feel free to call or email us to check availability of your desired kiln.
Write us an email including the link from the kiln you are after and we will contact Paragon if they are available.

Everywhere except USA. Write us an email with the part numbers, quantity, website links and your shipping address. If the goods are in stock and we always try to keep the stock accurate on the website you should have your order within 7 days. Shipping times can vary however and these are out of our control. If not all goods are in stock you will hear from a staff member to arrange a swap or backorder.
