Anhydrous Borax for forge welding

Description

This is the best borax for forge welding. Anhydrous borax is the most effective borax to use as it stays where it is placed on the steel. Waters of crystallisation in hydrous borax cause it to boil and fall away from the work piece. Anhydrous borax enters seams much faster as it begins to liquefy earlier skipping the steaming phase. The benefit of this is that you get less scale in your welds and use less borax.
