Description

Made in the USA by Bill Behnke this Behnke Guard Fitter allows you to firmly push the guard of a hidden tang knife up against the ricasso shoulders when epoxying or soldering the guard in place, or when incrementally adjusting the fit of a guard.
In use, two grub screws lock against the tang, then the pair of bolts are advanced to put even pressure on the guard from both sides. The protruding lugs on top of the fitter allow for pushing S-shaped guards.
