1” (25.4 mm) and 3/4” (19.05 mm) Small Wheel Belt Grinder Attachment. An incredible accessory for your belt grinder. Directly compatible with the 84 Engineering Shopmate 48 Belt Grinder. For use with 84 Engineering 72″ belt grinders a Small Wheel Tool Arm (SM-72-SWA) is required.

Note: Due to the small diameter of the wheels, belt grinders should not be run over 25% of their maximum speed. Running them over this speed will produce overheating and damage to the contact wheels and bearings.

Compatibility

This attachment can be mounted on a Shopmate 48 Belt Grinder’s existing tool arm straight away without an additional tool arm.

For use with a Shopmaster 72 or Gibson 72 belt grinder a Small Wheel Tool Arm (SM-72-SWA) is required to mount this small wheel attachment. This is due to these belt grinder’s using larger diameter holes for their standard attachments.

Replacement contact wheels are available – 1″ (25.4 mm) and 3/4″ (19.05 mm).
