One sheet of waterjet cut Sandvik 12C27 Stainless Steel 2.5 x 290 x 830mm. A versatile Swedish martensitic stainless steel optimised for knives. With a relatively simple heat treat, great edge retention and excellent corrosion resistance, Sandvik 12C27 has become a popular choice among kitchen, outdoor and EDC knife makers.
