This spigot has a 1/2″ / 12.7mm bolt, specifically made for mounting American-style large contact wheels on a Shopmaster 72 tool arm. The spigot fits in the same 3/4″ socket as the regular platen assembly, so you don’t need a separate tool arm to use a contact wheel.
