Wired and Programmed 2HP Motor and VFD Package

Ready to plug and play into any regular 240 volt single phase 10 amp power outlet. Add a disc and rest for your disc grinder, or use it in your belt grinder project.

The VFD gives infinitely adjustable speed control over the motor, allowing you to run the motor at 2880RPM with coarse abrasives for rapid stock removal, to use very fine abrasives at very low speeds for delicate operations, and everything in between. The forward and reverse controls allow you to run your belt or disc in the opposite direction.

The motor has a 24mm shaft suitable for our Bevelled Disc and Flat Disc, with a flange sized to fit our 2HP Disc Grinder Rest.

If you’re setting up a Disc Grinder, don’t forget your Feathering Adhesive.

The variable speed motor is three phase, the VFD converts your single phase power into 3 phases to control the speed of the motor. When used with a VFD you only need single phase power to run it.
